We remodel kitchens and bathrooms, rework whole floor plans, build room and second-story additions, and brace and bolt older houses to their foundations. Every project gets a written estimate before work starts, with the conditions we can see priced in.
If anything about the finished work isn't right, tell us within 30 days of completion and we will correct it at no charge. That has been our policy for years.

No. Estimates are free and come with no obligation. We visit the house, look at the space and talk through what you want, then send a written estimate that spells out what is included. If something about the scope or the permits is uncertain, we tell you at that point instead of after work starts.
If anything about the finished work isn't right, report it within 30 days of completion and we will correct it at no charge.
