The articles, cost guides and service pages on this site are general information about construction and remodeling in Ventura County. They are not a quote, an engineering opinion or legal advice. Building codes, permit rules, program requirements and prices change, and every house is different. Before you rely on anything here for a decision, talk to us or to the agency involved.

Published cost figures on the site come from the sources named next to them and are not LE Construction prices. The only price that applies to your project is the one in a written estimate or contract from us.

Estimates and contracts

Requesting an estimate through the site does not create a contract. Work begins only under a signed written contract that meets California's home improvement contract requirements, and that contract, not this website, sets the terms of the project.

Reviews and photos

Reviews shown on the site are quoted from our Google Business Profile, word for word or as marked excerpts. Project photos are from LE Construction jobs unless a caption or the page says otherwise. Some backgrounds and illustrations are stock images and are not presented as our work.

Links to other sites

The site links to outside resources such as the Contractors State License Board, city and county permit offices, and state programs. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.

Forms and communication
