Thirteen services, one licensed contractor. We handle the trades, the schedule and the permits so you deal with one company from start to finish.
LE Construction holds two California license classifications: B for general building and C-8 for concrete. That lets us run a whole project ourselves, from the foundation and framing through drywall, stucco, tile and finish work, instead of passing pieces to other companies. Most of our work is residential remodeling, and we also take on custom homes and commercial projects.
The services below each have their own details, but they share the same approach: a free visit, a written estimate with known conditions priced in, permits handled by us, and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee after completion.

Licensed in General Building (B) and Concrete (C-8), LE Construction runs the foundation, framing, finish work and permits under one contract.
Yes, and many do. A whole-home remodel often includes a kitchen, a bathroom, drywall, new flooring and some exterior stucco repair. Because we hold both the B and C-8 licenses, the concrete and the building work stay under one contract. You get one estimate and one schedule instead of several.
Yes. We can build from plans drawn by your architect or designer, and we can also help develop a design if you do not have one. Either way we review the plans for buildability and cost before pricing. We then handle the permit submittal and the inspections.
Yes. We handle commercial expansions, updates to existing spaces, structural repairs and new commercial construction. The same licensed team that runs our residential projects manages the permits, inspections and scheduling. Business owners work with one contractor from start to finish.
Both. Alongside full remodels, we repair water-damaged ceilings and walls, patch drywall and match its texture, fix cracked stucco and replace rotted framing. A repair still gets a free visit and a written price. If the problem points to something bigger, such as an active leak, we tell you before we start.
